Phoenix

Legend has it that the Phoenix, when it saw death drawing near, made a nest of sweet smelling wood and resins, and exposed it to the full force of the sun's rays. As the nest caught fire, the Phoenix was burnt into ashes, but only to re-emerge as a new Phoenix, full of power and beauty.
